Before you rent
How old do I have to be?
Age 23 and up, with a valid driver license.
What do I need to bring?
A valid driver license, a major debit or credit card, a non-certified driving record (up to 3 years; $12) and the $250 security deposit.
Do you take debit cards?
Yes. We accept major debit and credit cards. No prepaid cards.
How much is the deposit?
$250. It covers any damages to the car. No damages, and the deposit is returned.
What does it cost?
Economy and compact cars are $30 to $60 a day, midsize $45 to $75, compact and midsize SUVs $60 to $95, and standard and full-size SUVs $80 to $140, plus tax. Weekly and monthly rates are available.
Do I need my own insurance?
All cars have insurance, or you can provide your own.
Can I rent for a week or a month?
Yes. We have flexible daily, weekly and monthly rates. Call for a quote on a longer rental.
How do I reserve?

On the road
Is there roadside help?
24-hour roadside assistance if you use our insurance. If not, the roadside assistance fee can vary.
Are the miles limited?
If you do rideshare or delivery (for example DoorDash, Instacart or Roadie) and prove the account: unlimited miles. No rideshare company: limited miles a week on the car. Miles are tracked through the tracking service.
Do the cars have GPS tracking?
Yes. All cars have GPS tracking.
What about tolls?
Some cars can have an E-ZPass upon request.
What if I get a ticket?
You are responsible for any ticket. It is automatically charged to your card.
Can someone else drive the car?
No unauthorized drivers. If an unauthorized driver uses the car, the renter is responsible for any damages.
Bringing it back
When is the car due back?
Car return is at noon on your return date.
What if I am late?
The late fee starts 1 hour after the car was due back: $50 a day for up to 5 days.
Do I need to refill the tank?
All cars are given with a full gas tank. Fill it back up before you return it, or you will be charged $40.
What if I need to cancel?
24-hour cancellation, or you will be charged your security deposit.
What about smoking, pets and cleaning?
The smoking and pet fee is $150. Service animals are welcome at no charge. There is an additional $150 cleaning fee for massive dirt, mud or stains.
What if I lose the key?
A lost key is $200 to $600, depending on the type of car.
